What is the purpose of this site?

This site is to support authorized service agents of McMurdo marine products. It provides access to software, service manuals and bulletins, training materials based on your user's access. Some content, such as return materials authorization form, may be available without logging in. If you have a username and password, then go to the login page. If you believe you qualify for access, then you can request it through your primary contact, or through the access request page.
Please note that only recognised and authorised partners will be granted access. If you buy product through a 3rd party and require access to software, then we will need to confirm this with the 3rd party. 

I had access to the portal on, do I have access to this portal?

If you had access to the previous generation portal, then yes, you have access to this portal. If you have not already done so, then you need to re-establish a password, by using the password reset feature by entering your username or email address on the password reset page. If you do not receive an email with instructions on resetting your password, then you need to contact us.
In the event that your USERNAME or EMAIl is not recognised, then please register a new account and we will aim to authorise this within 48 Hours. 

Where are the sales and marketing assets?

We are no longer supporting sales and marketing assets on this portal. Your main sales and marketing contact can help you with any requests for sales and marketing support.
